Healing Green Farms is the heart-project of Janie Dickens. Together with her team, she grows hemp for CBD on the farm in Willow Springs that has been in her family for 100 years.

Janie is a career educator and special education advocate who noticed how CBD helped her own “wired-differently” daughter years ago. When the Farm Bill of 2018 allowed the growing of industrial hemp in NC, Janie decided to set about producing the highest quality product possible.

CBD is an abbreviation for Cannabinoids, a chemical compound found naturally in the cannabis plant.

It is NOT mind altering like marijuana, which means CBD will NOT make you high.

Researchers discovered the human Endocannabinoid System (ECS), which is the system that CBD interacts with.
